You will fill out basic information about your business or project to provide to our development team. After this information is submitted, a representative will contact you within one business day to further define your project, and begin the initial steps of developing the website.

At this point you will need to prepare all of the content that you want displayed on the pages of your website. You are not required to have this ready before placing an order, but it is definitely recommended for a faster final result.

Depending on which package you choose, you will need to layout the content for each page on your site with: text, links, images, videos, placement, etc. Sounds challenging, but it isn’t with our help. Our friendly support staff are experts and can assist you with any questions you may have. We start by taking our cues from you. After all, you know your business better than anyone.

The written content for your web pages should be submitted via email, and attached as a Word (.doc) or Text (.txt) file. Images should be .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif. If your files are in some other format, please let us know, and we will find a solution.

Once our support team receives your request, you can expect your update to be live within two business days – most update requests are live in as little as one hour!

If your update is time sensitive, rush service is available for an additional charge. If there are any problems or if we require additional information to complete your update, or if the update you require exceeds your included package time, we will call or email you promptly. Additional maintenance hours are charged at an affordable $60 hourly rate and billed in real-time. That means if it only takes 10 minutes to make your update, you are only billed for 10 minutes! A bundle of credited maintenance hours may also be pre-purchased at an affordable discounted rate.
